The Qihang Packaging Workshop is a typical high-space operation site that has long faced the problems of high summer temperatures and poor air circulation. There are not many operating equipment in the workshop, and the heat generation is relatively small, but there are many workers. The person in charge of Qihang wanted to lower the temperature of the workshop to create a comfortable working environment for the workers.

In response to the actual working conditions of the Qihang Packaging Workshop, Nantong YueNeng, relying on its profound accumulation in industrial ventilation and cooling in the field, tailored an efficient evaporative air cooler fan ventilation and cooling solution for it. 12 units 3kw industrial air cooler (shell: PP plastic, power: 3.0KW, air volume: 30000m³/h) were installed on the exterior wall of the workshop length side. The air cooler fans uses the natural physical principle of water evaporation absorbing heat to continuously send fresh air from outside the workshop, filtered and cooled, into the workshop. The cooling fan is combined with automatic sweeping louvers that can flexibly adjust the blowing angle according to the workshop layout to achieve the best usage effect.
After the air cooler fans were put into use, they perfectly achieved the expected goals:
1. Immediate cooling effect: The average temperature inside the workshop successfully dropped by 4-8℃. In extreme high-temperature weather, the perceived temperature significantly decreased, and the "steamy room" environment was completely gone.
2. Energy-saving and efficient: Compared with traditional central air conditioning, YueNeng air cooler consume only 1/8 of the power, significantly reducing the operating electricity cost of the enterprise, and without using Freon, it is environmentally friendly.
3. Fresh air circulation: While cooling, the equipment continuously performs multiple whole-room ventilation every hour, greatly improving the air quality of the workshop.
4. Improved production efficiency: The comfortable working environment greatly encouraged the morale of the workers, reducing fatigue, and the production line's operation efficiency and product qualification rate have both been steadily improved.
