The maintenance of 22000m³/h industrial air cooler mainly involves three aspects: regular cleaning, component inspection and correct use.
1. Regular cleaning is crucial. The first is the cooling pad, which needs to be cleaned every 1-2 weeks. You can rinse it with clean water first, and then lightly brush the surface with a soft brush to remove dust and impurities. Be careful not to damage the cooling pad structure. The water tank also needs to be cleaned regularly, at least once a month. Pour out the remaining water and wipe the inner wall with a damp cloth to prevent the growth of scale and bacteria.
2. Inspect all components of the air cooler. Check the fan regularly, and check once a month whether the fixing screws of the fan are loose, whether the blades are deformed or worn, and whether the motor is running normally. This can be judged by listening to the sound and observing the rotation speed.
