In modern livestock farming, environmental control inside pig houses directly affects pig health and breeding benefits. Leveraging 18 years of profound industry experience, Nantong Yueneng Energy Saving Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. has customized a ventilation and cooling system integrating frp cone exhaust fans and aluminum-alloy-framed evaporative cooling pad walls for Jiucheng Animal Husbandry Pig Farm. Enabled by advanced technology, this system achieves precise regulation of pig house environment and helps improve breeding quality and efficiency.

Founded in 2008, Nantong Yueneng is a national high-tech enterprise owning multiple invention patents and utility model patents. The company focuses on the research and development of ventilation and cooling equipment for livestock farming, with its product portfolio covering exhaust fans, evaporative cooling pads, air coolers, ventilation windows and other products, which are widely applied in factory workshops, livestock breeding, greenhouses and other scenarios.
Pigs are sensitive to ambient environment. High temperature (above 28℃) will lead to decreased feed intake, reduced reproductive performance and high incidence of respiratory diseases; while high humidity (above 85%) easily causes feed mildew and bacterial proliferation. Jiucheng Animal Husbandry Pig Farm needed to resolve the contradiction between high temperature and humidity in summer and ventilation with heat preservation in winter. After on-site investigation, Nantong Yueneng determined that the pig house needs to maintain a temperature of 18-25℃, a humidity of 65-75% and an air flow velocity of 1-2m/s, and designed a linked "exhaust fan—evaporative cooling pad" system to realize dynamic regulation.
The fan shell is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and formed by molding process, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, suitable for the high-humidity and ammonia-rich environment of livestock farms;
The fan blades are made of cast aluminum and formed by precision casting process, featuring light weight, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
The matched motor adopts a fully enclosed copper core coil with Class F insulation design, featuring high energy efficiency, low noise and long service life. The air-collecting duct design optimizes airflow distribution, enabling rapid extraction of turbid air from the pig house and effectively reducing operating noise of the fan.
The aluminum alloy frame is corrosion-resistant, light-weight, and not prone to rust or deformation;
The evaporative cooling pad is made of raw pulp paper, featuring strong water absorption and high evaporation efficiency. Based on the principle of heat absorption via water evaporation, it can achieve a temperature reduction of 5-10℃;
The linkage between the evaporative cooling pad and the fan forms negative pressure ventilation: outdoor air is cooled by the evaporative cooling pad and then evenly enters the pig house, realizing cooling without dead angles.

After the system was installed, the summer temperature of Jiucheng Animal Husbandry's pig house decreased by 5-12℃, the humidity was controlled at around 70%, and the ammonia concentration decreased by 40%. Meanwhile, the system delivers energy savings of more than 30%, reducing annual electricity costs by over RMB 200,000, achieving a win-win result of both environmental and economic benefits.
Nantong Yueneng provides whole-process services ranging from design, installation to after-sales, including pig house environmental investigation, customized equipment selection, construction and commissioning, as well as regular maintenance. As a leading enterprise in the field of ventilation and cooling for livestock farming, Nantong Yueneng has always adhered to the mission of "green, energy-saving and environmental protection". Through technological innovation and product upgrading, the company continuously promotes the standardized and intelligent development of breeding environment, contributing the "Yueneng Solution" to the sustainable development of animal husbandry.
