The frame of our exhaust fan is fabricated from high-quality 304 stainless steel, delivering excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability. The fan blades are also stamped and formed from 304 stainless steel with customized molds, ensuring large airflow volume, permanent shape stability and fracture resistance. The push-pull design with centrifugal mechanism enables the shutter of the fan to open flexibly and close tightly, which effectively prevents outdoor wind and unwanted light from entering the layer house while maximizing ventilation efficiency.
Stainless steel thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 1.2mm, with high surface finish, presenting an aesthetic appearance and long service life

The exhaust fan is constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, which provides outstanding corrosion resistance, rust protection and durability. The evaporative cooling pad system with aluminum alloy frame is one of the core components of our ventilation and cooling system. It consists of cooling pad sheets and aluminum alloy frame, where the frame is made of 1.0mm thick aluminum alloy profiles with multiple internal reinforcing ribs, ensuring overall structural rigidity and shape stability.
Cooling efficiency reaches over 80%, effectively reducing the indoor temperature of layer houses
Aluminum alloy material is processed with anti-oxidation treatment, presenting appealing appearance and excellent corrosion resistance
The corrugated paper is specially treated to achieve high structural strength and extended service life

Our ventilation and cooling system adopts the negative pressure ventilation principle: exhaust fans are installed at one end of the layer house, and the evaporative cooling pad system is installed at the opposite end. When the exhaust fans operate, hot air and odors inside the house are rapidly discharged, forming a negative pressure zone that drives external air to enter the house through the evaporative cooling pad system. When air passes through the wetted cooling pad sheets, heat exchange occurs between the air and water, reducing the air temperature by 4-10°C while effectively filtering dust from the incoming air.
