For this project, 88 units of YueNeng 1380-type heavy hammer negative pressure exhaust fans (dimensions: 1380*1380mm, power: 1.1kw, air volume: 44000m³/h) were selected. The outer frame was made of galvanized steel plate and coated with a layer of the same color as the workshop's color steel plate exterior wall, which not only looks neat and clean but also has better corrosion resistance. The fans are stable in operation, environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and are suitable for the special working conditions of the bearing workshop.
During the construction process, the YueNeng team conducted precise measurements and scientific layout, installing the fans at the upper layer windows of the workshop's exterior wall. They were equipped with rainproof louvers and sealed to ensure no ventilation dead corners and a ventilation efficiency of over 90%. The entire workshop can be fully ventilated within 1-2 minutes.
After the installation and commissioning of the exhaust fans were completed, the stuffy air and oil stains in the workshop were quickly discharged, and fresh air from outside naturally flowed in. The ventilation and cooling effect was significant, effectively improving the heat dissipation conditions of the equipment and reducing the failure rate. At the same time, the working environment was optimized, reducing employee fatigue and improving work efficiency.
