2. The equipment can be installed on the wall or window sill, but the installation environment should ensure smooth and fresh air. The cooling pad should not be installed at the exhaust outlet with smelly or peculiar gases. If there are no windows or doors for sufficient ventilation, wall holes must be opened for exhaust ventilation to ensure the required air volume of the factory.

4. The specific installation steps of exhaust fan cooling pad are as follows:
The first step is to remove the window where the exhaust fan or cooling pad is to be installed, and clean the inner frame of the window.

The second step is to install the exhasut fan or cooling pad. Before installation, first weld the bracket with angle steel. The fan and cooling pad must be installed horizontally, and the fixing screws must be strong and reliable. After installing the cooling pad, be sure to seal the edges with glass glue to avoid affecting the convection effect.


Next, the exhaust fan is installed on the longitudinal window sill of the water cooling pad convection. After the fan is installed and fixed, a protective net must be installed at the air outlet to prevent people from coming into contact with the wind wheel and causing danger.

The third step is to arrange the water pipes and water tank pumps according to the construction drawings and actual conditions.

3. The motor is the heart of the fan. If a malfunction occurs, cut off the power supply immediately and ask an electrician to repair it promptly. When installing, be sure to connect the ground wire to ensure personal safety. Be careful when disassembling the impeller to prevent the blades from deforming and colliding with the box.
4. The float valve in the pool or water tank should ensure that it can automatically replenish water when the water level reaches the lower limit, and cut off the water when the water level reaches the upper limit. If the float valve control fails and it is found that there is a lack of water in the pool or water is dripping even when it reaches the highest water level, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.
5. If it is found that the water supply to the cooling pad is insufficient or uneven, check whether there is a lack of water in the pool, whether the water pump is running, whether the water supply pipeline and the water pump inlet can pass water, whether the small holes in the water supply pipeline are blocked, and check whether the spray Is the water pipe located in the center of the cooling pad?
